DPC Memberships
For patients who prefer a simpler approach without insurance billing, our DPC membership provides direct access to your physician for a predictable membership fee. With fewer administrative barriers and a focus on the physician-patient relationship, DPC allows us to make your care more personal, accessible, and convenient. DPC access is dependent upon insurance requirements.
Home Medicine
Sometimes the best place to receive care is home. Baiti Medical offers physician home visits throughout the Connecticut shoreline for patients who value the privacy and convenience of receiving personalized medical care in their own home. Home visits are available on a private-pay basis, subject to applicable insurance requirements.
